Great location, right across from the tube and within walking distance to cafes and shops. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. the rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for our family trip.

The apartment was not as clean or stylish as it appeared in the pictures. Some items were old and worn.

We loved our stay at Fountain House! The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. Having 2 bathrooms, including an ensuite, provided privacy and convenience. The staff and management were exceptional, always helpful and attentive. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport, especially the hop-on hop-off blue line. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed here with our family and it was ideal. The location was perfect with excellent transport links from the station nearby, and Hyde Park just across the road. The room amenities were fantastic, including laundry facilities and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in a great location, right across from the tube station. It's also conveniently located in front of Hyde Park, making it a perfect spot for nature lovers. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel even provides basic toiletries, like shower gel and conditioner, and clean towels are always available. The small elevator is a nice touch, making it easy to get around the hotel.

It's a bit disappointing that the hotel doesn't provide certain amenities like a toaster or a coffee pot.

The three-bedroom apartment at Fountain House was incredibly spacious, especially the living room and bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, and the bed sheets and towels were clean. I was impressed with the amount of closet space in the bedrooms, and having two bathrooms in the apartment was a bonus. The location of Fountain House is fantastic, with Hyde Park just across the road and multiple bus stops and an underground station within a short walk. The staff at the reception, particularly Roberta and Mario, were friendly and efficient. Despite a small hiccup with the lack of a toaster in the apartment, Roberta promptly provided one when we asked. I had a great stay at Fountain House and would recommend it to others.

We had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better, just a short 7-8 minute walk from Paddington station and right across the road from Hyde Park's beautiful Italian Gardens. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Two key facts offered by the hotel: a 2 bedroom with kitchen and lounge, which was perfect for our family, and a clean property. Best of all, the staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort during our Easter stay.

Small elevator and occasional delays, but the stairs were a good alternative. there was a minor issue with housekeeping not fully shutting our door, but nothing was taken.
